Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

SMS Communications
TrustBridge Studios, LLC offers separate, optional consent choices for transactional and promotional text messages through the Contact Us form. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and are not required. Providing a phone number is optional for sending an inquiry. A usable mobile number and the relevant consent are needed before text messages can be delivered.
SMS delivery is not currently connected. These Terms describe the intended program if SMS service becomes available; recording a consent preference does not activate delivery. HELP is a request for assistance, not a subscription command.
Acknowledgement
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

SMS Messaging Program
Program Description
Transactional messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, customer-support updates, requested-service information, and account or order notifications. Promotional messages may include special offers, discounts, and product or service updates. Each category requires its own optional consent. Consent to one category does not grant consent to another or to email marketing. Consent is not a condition of purchase or submitting an inquiry.
You may receive up to 4 messages per month for the transactional program. Promotional frequency may vary, with up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you and messages you send. Availability and delivery depend on the configured messaging provider and your carrier; support for a particular carrier is not guaranteed.
Cancellation and Rejoining
If SMS service becomes available, you may cancel at any time by replying STOP to the number that sent the messages. A non-promotional confirmation may acknowledge your opt-out; further messages covered by that opt-out will stop, subject to applicable law. To rejoin, provide fresh consent through the relevant signup process. Replying HELP does not re-enroll you.
You may also withdraw consent by emailing contact@trustbridgestudios.com or calling 260.377.2929. The program will be configured to handle opt-out and help requests before SMS delivery is enabled.

Carrier Liability and Age Restriction
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. The mobile-information and consent protections in our Privacy Policy apply to this program.
Production Engagements, Orders, and Cancellations
This website introduces our services and accepts inquiries. It does not currently offer a shopping cart, online checkout, or direct payment-card collection. Sending an inquiry or booking a call does not create a production engagement or reserve dates.
Project scope, deliverables, fees, deposits, payment schedules, licensing, cancellations, refunds, and any recurring services are governed by a separate written client agreement. That agreement controls the engagement if it differs from these website Terms. These website Terms do not establish a general 14-day refund right or a one-time-only payment arrangement for production services.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to engage our services. Please provide accurate information and do not submit payment-card details through the contact form. Payment instructions and any third-party processor notices will be supplied separately when relevant to an agreed engagement.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings. The Goods or Services available on Our Service may occasionally contain errors related to pricing, descriptions, availability, or other inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Prices and Payments
The website does not currently display a price list or process payments. Quotes, price changes, payment methods, and authorization requirements are addressed in the applicable proposal or written client agreement. An accepted written agreement governs changes to that engagement.
Promotions
Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.
User Accounts
The current website does not provide customer accounts, passwords, or social-media sign-in. If account features are introduced, the applicable terms and privacy information will be updated before their use.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality belong to TrustBridge Studios, LLC, its licensors, or the applicable rights holders. Client project ownership and usage rights are governed by the applicable written agreement. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Your Feedback to Us
You grant us permission to use feedback you voluntarily provide about the website to improve it. This does not transfer ownership of your confidential project materials, original creative work, or client deliverables. Rights in those materials are addressed separately by written agreement.
Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Termination
We may restrict or suspend access to the website where appropriate to address misuse, security concerns, or a breach of these website Terms, subject to applicable law. Production-service termination is governed by the applicable written client agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount actually paid for such website use, or USD 100 if nothing was paid. This provision concerns website use; an applicable written production agreement governs liability for a client engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
In no event shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Governing Law
The laws of the State of Indiana, United States, excluding its conflict of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.
Disputes Resolution
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
United States Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that:
You are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo, and
You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect.
