This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures of TrustBridge Studios, LLC regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our website and related inquiry services. It also explains how to contact us about your information and privacy choices.

We use personal information to provide and improve our services, respond to inquiries, and manage business relationships. Optional marketing communications require the separate choices described below.

Mobile information and SMS privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell mobile information or SMS consent. Service providers supporting form processing, communications, or customer support may process information to perform those functions for us, rather than for their own marketing.

Users may record their SMS preferences through our Contact Us form by providing a mobile number and checking the relevant optional consent box for TrustBridge Studios, LLC. Phone numbers are optional for submitting an inquiry. Leaving an SMS box unchecked does not grant SMS consent, and selecting one program does not opt you into another.

SMS delivery is not currently connected. The form records your preferences for future availability. Sending HELP is a request for assistance, not a way to subscribe. We will not describe SMS enrollment by text as available until a supported enrollment process has been configured.

This website currently has no customer account system or social-media login. References to a customer relationship do not imply that a website account is created.

Collecting and using personal information

Information you provide

Our contact form requests your full name, email address, optional phone number, subject, and message. It also records inquiry consent and any optional email or SMS choices you select, together with the displayed consent language, its version, a client-generated submission reference, and a submission timestamp. A phone number is not required to send an inquiry, including when an SMS box is selected; a usable mobile number is needed before messages can be delivered.

You may voluntarily provide an organization name, postal address, project information, or other details in your message or during subsequent business communications. The current form does not have a separate postal-address field. Please avoid sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information.

Usage Data

Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, access times, and diagnostic or security logs to deliver and protect the website. Provider practices may differ from the data collected by our own website code.

Contact forms, scheduling, and meetings

Form submissions are processed through Formspree for delivery to contact@trustbridgestudios.com. Formspree may process submitted content and associated technical information for delivery, spam prevention, and service operation. See Formspree’s Privacy Policy.

Booking buttons link to Calendly, and discovery meetings use Zoom. Information needed to schedule or conduct a meeting may be processed by scheduling, calendar, meeting, and communication providers. Their independent practices are described in Calendly’s Privacy Notice and Zoom’s Privacy Statement.

Tracking technologies and cookies

The current website does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or cookies set by our own website code. Hosting, security, and external services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. You may control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking certain technical features may affect functionality.

If we introduce additional analytics, advertising, or optional tracking, we will update this policy and implement notices and choices appropriate to the change.

Use of personal information

We use relevant personal information to:

• Provide, maintain, and protect the website and related services.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide customer support.
• Prepare proposals, fulfill agreed services, and administer client relationships.

An inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing email or SMS.

Email marketing

The email marketing checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. If you select it, we may send production insights, company news, and promotional communications from TrustBridge Studios, LLC. You may unsubscribe using the instructions in a marketing email or by emailing contact@trustbridgestudios.com. We maintain opt-out records to respect your communication choices. Service-related replies to a requested inquiry are separate from marketing subscriptions.

SMS communication choices

Our form offers separate, optional, unchecked consent boxes for:

• Transactional messages from TrustBridge Studios, LLC: messages related to requested accounts, orders, or services, including appointment reminders, order confirmations, and account notifications. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
• Marketing and promotional messages from TrustBridge Studios, LLC: offers, discounts, and product updates. Frequency may vary, with up to 4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase or submitting an inquiry. If SMS delivery becomes available, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent or request assistance by calling 260.377.2929 or emailing contact@trustbridgestudios.com. Recording a preference does not itself activate a messaging service.

Retention of personal information

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including inquiry handling, client services, recordkeeping, security, consent and opt-out records, and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on the information, purpose, relationship, and provider settings. We may retain limited suppression information to honor a request not to receive marketing.

Transfer of personal information

We and our service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires protections for a transfer, those requirements continue to apply. Submitting information does not waive any privacy rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

You may contact us to ask about personal information you provided, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw optional communication consent. Email contact@trustbridgestudios.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Requests are handled subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping obligations. There are no website account settings to use for these requests. For information independently held by an external provider, contact that provider directly.

Disclosure of personal information

Service providers

We may use providers to process inquiries, deliver communications, schedule meetings, host and secure the website, and support agreed services. The mobile-information and SMS-consent restrictions above apply to our use of providers.

Business transactions

If the business is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transaction, relevant business information may be transferred subject to applicable law and the restrictions in this policy. Such a transaction does not grant unrelated parties permission to use SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.

Law enforcement and other legal requirements

We may disclose information where legally required, to comply with valid legal process, protect rights or property, prevent fraud, protect safety, or address legal claims, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this policy overrides a binding legal obligation.

Security

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services involved. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Analytics, payments, and remarketing

The current website does not implement Google Analytics, Google Ads remarketing, Facebook advertising pixels, a payment checkout, or a payment-card collection form. We do not request payment-card details through the contact form. If a client engagement uses an external payment service, the applicable payment arrangements and provider notices will be provided separately. These features will not be described as active website services unless implemented.

Children’s privacy

This business-services website is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address the concern.

Links to other websites

The Service may link to external websites we do not operate. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use those websites. We do not control their content or independent handling of information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services or practices change. The date above identifies the latest update. Changes apply when posted, subject to any notice or other requirements of applicable law.
